Ministerial Decree determining a List of Drugs and Other Pharmaceutical Products which must Appear in all Pharmaceutical Points of Sale

Article one
Pharmaceutical point of sale means any premise where the pharmaceutical activity is limited to the preservation and retail distribution of some drugs and other pharmaceutical products and whose management is reserved to a nurse or a pharmacist assistant.Article 2
Hereby established, in conformity with the list herewith attached to this decree, is a list of drugs and other pharmaceutical products which must appear in all pharmaceutical points of sale.Article 3
Any pharmaceutical point of sale must be in possession of, and regularly, the products appearing on the aforementioned list.Article 4
Each wholesale pharmaceutical establishment shall distribute, to the pharmaceutical point of sale, only the products appearing on that list.Article 5
The inspectorate of pharmacies of the Ministry of Health is responsible for the application and enforcement of this decree.Article 6
All previous provisions contrary to this decree are abrogated.Article 7
This decree comes into force sixty days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda.Drugs and others pharmaceutical products which must appear in a pharmaceutical point of sale
