The Minister of Agriculture and Animal Resources;Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 04 June 2003, especially in Articles 93, 120, 121 and 201;Pursuant to Law n° 14/2003 of 23/05/2003 on production, quality control and marketing of plant, quality seeds, especially in Articles 5 and 11;After consideration and approval by the Cabinet in its session of 14/05/2010;HEREBY ORDERS:

Article One – Purpose of this Order

This Order determines the way regulations on quality seeds production and control of seeds produced and marketed are established.

Article 2 – Regulations

Regulations on quality seeds production and i control of seeds produced and marketed are i established by the Minister in charge of agriculture.

Article 3 – Repealing provision

All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed.

Article 4 – Commencement

This Order shall come into force on the date of its i publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda.
