The Minister of Health;Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 04 June 2003 as amended to date especially in Articles 10, 12, 15, 41, 120, 121 and 201;Pursuant to Law nº 10/98/ of 28/10/1998 determining the practice of the art of healing;Pursuant to Law nº 30/2001 of 12/06/2001 determining the organization, functioning and scope of activities of the Medical Council;Pursuant to Law nº 04/2010 of 16/4/2010 regulating therapeutic, educational and scientific utilization of organs and products of the human body, especially in Article 14;After consideration and approval by the Cabinet in its session of 21/12/2011;HEREBY ORDERS:

Article One – Purpose of this Order

This Order determines the donation card and will form for the person donating his/her body for research, medical, scientific and educational purposes.

Article 2 – Donation card and will form

The donation card and the will form referred to in Article One of this Order are annexed to this Order.

Article 3 – Repealing provision

All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed.

Article 4 – Commencement

This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda.
