Article One – Purpose of this Order
This Order determines other circumstances whereby only the first and the last verse of the national Anthem are sung.Article 2 – Other circumstances whereby only the first and the last verses of the national Anthem are sung
Subject to the provisions of Paragraph One of Article 6 of Law nº 19/2008 of 14/07/2008 on characteristics and ceremonial of the national Anthem as modified and complemented to date, only the first and the last verse of the national Anthem shall be sung during international events in which Rwanda participates and in course of which is necessary to sing the national Anthem.Article 3 – Repealing provision
All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed.Article 4 – Commencement
This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda.History of this document
