Minister of Environment;Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda revised in 2015, especially in Articles 121, 122, and 176;Pursuant to Law n° 27/2021 of 10/06/2021 governing land, especially in Article 12;After consideration and approval by the Cabinet, in its meeting of 09/04/2022;ORDERS:

Article One – Other infrastructures intended for commercial purposes

The following infrastructures are added to infrastructures intended for commercial purposes:1°transport infrastructures;2°telecommunication infrastructures;3°water treatment, storage and supply infrastructures;4°energy infrastructures;5°infrastructures for strategic reserve and warehouses;6°waste and sewage treatment and recycling infrastructures;7°infrastructures for weather and space monitoring.

Article 2 – Commencement

This Order comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda.
