Article One – Purpose of this Order
This Order determines the electronic means of publication of Laws, Orders, regulations of general application and other instruments with the power of law.Article 2 – Electronic means of publication of Laws, Orders and regulations
Laws, Orders, regulations of general application and other instruments with the power of law are published by electronic means on the website of the Ministry of Justice, www.minijust.gov.rw.Acts referred to in Paragraph One of this Article are published electronically in portable and secured document format.Article 3 – Checking the conformity of texts
The Ministry of Justice/Office of the Attorney General checks if the digital version of official acts is the same as the version published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. The Ministry of Justice/Office of the Attorney General also checks if conditions which ensure the genuineness of acts are satisfied.Article 4 – Authority responsible for the implementation of this Order
The Minister of Justice and Attorney General is entrusted with the implementation of this Order.Article 5 – Repealing provision
Prime Minister’s Order n° 30/03 of 19/02/2014 determining electronic means for publication of official acts and all prior provisions contrary to this Order are repealed.Article 6 – Commencement
This Order comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. It takes effect as of 07/06/2019.History of this document
